Darren and Patty's vision is to strategically disciple Colombian communities by empowering and training local churches and national missionaries, while reaching children at risk in cities throughout Colombia.

The McCreas help churches and leaders broaden their vision and access the resources they need to grow, train their people, and plant new congregations. They lead evangelistic outreaches with national volunteers and international teams in schools, shopping centres, and parks, and connect churches with people of every background, including children's homes and those struggling with addiction. Patty focuses on children at risk, drawing on decades of experience teaching children on the streets and those with learning difficulties, and trains volunteers to care for each child's individual needs.

Darren, born in London, Ontario, came to faith at 17 and has ministered in Colombia since 1995. Patty, born in Colombia, has served in missions since 1993 and is a teacher specializing in child psychology. They have two sons, James and Darien.
