Ian and Tiffanie's vision is to see Cambodian university students transformed by the gospel and ChildCARE Plus children empowered through education and faith in Christ.

Cambodia is a young nation, shaped by the genocide of the late 1970s, with limited education and little safe housing for students. Ian directs the Global Student Centre, where more than 400 students take part in weekly programming led by 37 student leaders, and 200 students live in its dorm; he disciples students through small groups, the Alpha program, English classes, and weekend church planting. Tiffanie directs a ChildCARE Plus program serving over 650 children across 15 communities, leading a staff of 15 and providing educational support, community development, and access to the gospel.

The Rowleys arrived in Phnom Penh in 2012 after pastoring in Newfoundland. Ian first taught at the Bible school before moving into university ministry; Tiffanie grew the ChildCARE Plus program from 63 children to over 600. They have two daughters, Emilyn and Sophia.
