Randy and Carla believe God will keep changing the hearts and futures of children — from infants to age 18 — who come into their care after being rescued from abandonment, abuse, rejection, gang activity, addiction, and exploitation.

The Redmanns invest in today's generation in one of the most dangerous places in the world for young people, witnessing God transform hearts and lives as these children pour themselves out before Him. Their work centres on caring for children at risk and serving the community through weekly services at the "A Rocha — The Rock — Jesus" Family Community Center.

Randy and Carla are continuing the 45-year work of "Home of the Good Shepherd," founded in 1971 by Randy's parents, Rev. Kurt and Gudrun Redmann.
