Stefan and Barbara's vision is to give those training for ministry sound theological education through teaching at seminaries and Bible colleges around the world.

Of roughly 2.4 million pastors worldwide, only about 10% have had any theological training, and many Bible colleges struggle to find qualified faculty or curriculum. Stefan serves as itinerant and adjunct faculty at more than ten seminaries and Bible colleges and has taught in 41 countries, giving students a solid theological foundation to become effective ministers. On weekends he teaches at conferences, preaches at outreaches and local churches, and mentors over 100 pastors and leaders each year. Barbara administers the ministry, managing travel, scheduling, events, and communications.

Stefan and Barbara have served in ministry for over 50 years, pastoring in Canada and the US for 22 years before transitioning overseas and becoming global workers in 2014. Stefan holds a Ph.D. in theology and has written theological textbooks used in Bible colleges and seminaries.
