The Pastorate (formerly the Canadian Church Leaders Network) exists to strengthen pastors across Canada for the renewal of the Church. Born out of a heart to support church leaders navigating ministry in a post-Christian culture, The Pastorate equips pastors for the realities of real-world ministry through podcasts, cohort-based formation programs, retreats, and gatherings. Its vision is a flourishing pastoral landscape across Canada — healthy pastors forming healthy churches that, in turn, shape healthier communities, cities, and regions.
